1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service offered by syukur66 (the "Platform"), you ("the Member") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the syukur66 Platform. syukur66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or agent of syukur66 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to syukur66 is lawful in your location.

syukur66 reserves the right to perform identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of the syukur66 Platform, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to all syukur66 accounts:

• One account per person. Each Member is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your syukur66 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. syukur66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Account suspension. syukur66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the syukur66 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits may be made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, or Mastercard, subject to the payment methods available at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your syukur66 wallet upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally near-instantaneous for e-wallet transactions.
• Withdrawals are subject to account verification. syukur66 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. syukur66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• syukur66 reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees, which will be disclosed prior to the completion of a withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited on the syukur66 Platform must not be derived from criminal activity. syukur66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on syukur66. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's prevailing odds and market availability at the time of placement. Odds and markets are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where the applicable product rules explicitly permit cancellation.
• syukur66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including manifest pricing errors) or where the outcome of the bet was known to the Member at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform during a betting transaction, syukur66's records shall be the definitive source for resolving any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per product. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

syukur66 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet these requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued and may not be transferred.
• syukur66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other activity designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on the syukur66 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other non-human means to access the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or geographic restrictions on the Platform;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your syukur66 account.

syukur66 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities and sporting bodies to detect and report prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is established, syukur66 will suspend the account, void all associated bets, and may report the matter to applicable law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the syukur66 Platform, including but not limited to the syukur66 name and logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and databases, is the exclusive property of syukur66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal recreational use. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without the prior written consent of syukur66.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

syukur66 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. syukur66 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• syukur66 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• syukur66 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• syukur66's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit syukur66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

11. Responsible Gaming

syukur66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits within their account settings. Self-exclusion options — including short cooling-off periods and permanent exclusion — are available to all Members at no cost, effective immediately upon request.

syukur66 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned or forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

syukur66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory authority. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which syukur66 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between a Member and syukur66 arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through syukur66's customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
